Poor customer service
Today was my second time there. First time the food was great but it took along time for us get our food. But today it was horrible. The wait was like an hour and the food was cold. I don’t think I’ll take another chance going there. The price is kind of expensive for cold food and bad service

The absolute worst service! Probably the worst I've experienced in Cleveland. Ordered food at 1230am didn't receive food til 2am and we called the order in. They acknowledge they lost the order and still proceeded to cook others before ours. Random people kept going into the cooking area. Without washing hands. Only reason we stayed is Because we payed and support black ownership. That will be the last time and i will never recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money
