You made the purchase painless but I am very annoyed at this non delivery of the goods.
I guess it's just somewhere in limbo! I was just told to wait until the warehouse calls me about delivery.
I am very disappointed with Elgin because they promised a delivery of a special order in 3 weeks and I cannot get an answer as to exactly when I will get my chairs.
Erica is so amazing she is extremely patient and helpful every time I come in. I like her service so much I have brought in my sister and my mom to make their furniture purchases from her as well. Don't be fooled by the showroom selection while it's lots to choose from they have even more options available online and an in store kiosk available to customers to browse while in store.
The salesman smells just like a bucket of smoke.
