The owner was rude. She had my vehicle all day. I had to call in to ask about my vehicle. She was supposed to do a diagnostic check and instead did a point of inspection and did not fix the issues that's wrong with my vehicle. I will never take my vehicle to this location again
I had my Toyota towed to AAMCO because the alternator failed. Over a day in the shop to have a refurbished alternator installed and the car is running great. The owner Marlene called to make sure I had no issues. It was a good experience and my wife and I will be using AAMCO again in the future.
First the lady at the front desk is awesome! Outside of the great work they kept me informed through the process.
I had a great experience at the AAMCO location on Mayfield Road because they get the job done timely and does an excellent job fixing repairs. I will return again to get my car serviced!
This was way over due. It was a year ago that I first came across sending my 09 Ford Fusion to have some transmission work done. The woman, whose name is Marlene was awesome to me!!!! Her front desk manners offered me to come back. The staff and herself taking care of my car allowed me to recommend AAMCO to a few others. Customer service is always what I look for when doing any kind of business. And yes Ms Marlene offered kind words and good service. Her demeanor to me; showed business, the look that she wears means business, the service that she offered to myself and my parents, was all the way good customer service. So I will be back to AAMCO Cleveland Heights.
