The staff is always professional and friendly. Recently rented a Hyundai and was not overwhelmed by the experience. For the most part, it is a great place to rent.
I loved the service provided to me. When the car I rented had an engine issue they towed a new car out to me that was a significant upgrade. After returning the new car they even gave me a ride back to campus free of charge. Wonderful company!
